Fauna came to us through Anchorage Animal Care & Control as an unclaimed stray. She had suffered a significant trauma injury to her front leg and tail, requiring amputation of both. Throughout this experience, she has received five stars for gentleness and affection! She is continuing to recover well from her surgery. She’s playful and a paralympic feline – agile and fearless! We don’t know any history of her experience with other cats or dogs, but we have since learned that she needs to be the only cat in the house. Portrait by David Jensen Photography.
