Back in April, Nova found herself as a young, very pregnant stray at Anchorage Animal Care & Control. Friends of Pets was asked to rescue her, but before we could pick her up she delivered 6 kittens. She’s been a very good mama and her kittens are on their way to lifetime homes, so we want to assure Nova is well loved too. She is gentle, playful and affectionate. She has a sensitive stomach and will need to be on special food and monitoring, but her companionship is well worth the effort! Portrait by David Jensen Photography.
