Status: Deceased

Special Needs: Medical

August 2022 – Romeo has passed away.

Romeo came to us via Anchorage Animal Care and Control in a state of neglect. His coat was shaved to remove mats, he received major dental work, and he was put on a regulated diet for weight loss, which has been successful. He’s currently in a foster home with another senior dog, and companions really well. He is social and sweet with humans and has ignored cats. He’s not a barker unless there is a reason to tell you something. He loves to cuddle and sun himself on the porch. We all happen to love senior dogs and feel they deserve love and care in their retirement. Portrait by David Jensen Photography.
